Through The Return, we'll explore:
Understand your storyÂ
How you learned to disconnect from yourself, and the pathway that shaped you most.
Trust yourself again
The difference between what you actually want, and what you've just always done.
Redesign, & make it last
A life built around what matters, without blowing up the one you already have.
I'MÂ JULIANNE
For years, I thought becoming more successful would eventually make me feel more like myself. Instead, I became someone everyone could count on, while forgetting what it felt like to be human, let alone creative, let alone myself. No breathwork or gratitude journal could touch the kind of tired I was.Â
By day, I burned out scaling tech companies both up and down, working alongside executives on strategy, structure, and process, always with an eye toward communication and helping people show up to work as their full selves while protecting the life they had outside of it. I just never did that part for myself.
The rest of the time, I'm an MFA-trained writer and longtime yoga teacher. I've lived a lot of lives: artist, overachiever, strategist, shapeshifter, survivor of my own ambition.
I created The Return for women doing the same math I once did: excelling everywhere except the one place no one's watching. Not to help you become someone new. To help you remember who you were before all the roles you learned to play.
"When things felt messy, she brought clarity. When emotions ran high, she brought empathy. She has an uncanny ability to stay calm when everyone else is spiraling. Someone who can walk into chaos and walk out with a plan."
— Former Colleague
"She has a gentle and kind way that makes practicing with her peaceful, invigorating, and grounding."
— Yoga Student
